RUGBY, Sept. 2.
Messrs. Roosevelt and Churchill are spending a considerable time in conference at Washington today. Among scheduled appointments there was one with General Dutra. the Brazilian Minister of War. Mr. Churchill was scheduled to have separate appointments with General George Marshall, United States Chief of Staff, and various members of the British military staffs and chiefs of missions. Messrs. Churchill and Roosevelt talked last night until 1 a.m.—8.0.W.
