ARGENTINA'S ATTITUDE
Rec. noon. BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 2. Commenting on President Roosevelt's request to neutral countries to refuse to give refuge to war criminals, the influential newspaper "La Prensa' indicated that Argentina would adhere to her "traditional attitude" of giving asylum to political leaders. _
