WRIGHT, STEPHENSON YEAR.
Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., report for the year ended Juno 30 a net profit of £42,239, compared with £31,499 for last year._ The directors recommended that, after making the fixed payment of 2y 2 per tent, less 2s 6d in the £ security charges, for six months on the preference shares, a dividend of 2y 2 per cent, be paid on ordinary shares, making 5 per cent, for the year, unchanged, payable September 14, and that £15,000 be transferred to general reserve, leaving £35,427 to be carried forward, against £34,131 brought in. The retiring directors, Messrs. J. T. Martin, R. Nichol, R. W. Steel,' and S. C. Sutherland, offer themselves for re-election.
