CHURCHILLS IN WASHINGTON
LONDON, September 1. A Washington message reports the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. Churchill. They will stay at the White House. It is officially stated that the.Prime Minister and the President <will continue some phases of the conversations begun at Quebec. The statement adds: "Mr. Churchill's arrival does not represent the beginning of the story, but the conclusion of one begun in Canada." Mr. Roosevelt met his guests, and is entertaining them tonight at a family dinner party.
