LONDON, May 23,

It was learnt in London tonight that the Regent of Irak, Amir Abdul Illah, has returned to Irak and is now con-

sidering the formation of a new Government. His headquarters are being kept a secret. It is understood that as soon as the situation in Irak is cleared up he will make an announcement about his new Government.
