CHANGES IN SPAIN
"WAY PAVED FOR HISTORIC
ACTION"
MADRID, May 21
The Falangist journal "Arriba," commenting on the recent changes in the Government, says: "They pave the way for a historic action which we await." The "Arriba" welcomes the changes as stabilising the internal situation, and declares that they have resulted in the Falangists controlling propaganda, the Press, the censorship, and education.
A Reuter message says that all Spanish newspapers, party and nonparty, are to come under Falangist control by a law announced after last night's meeting of the Cabinet. —U.P.A.
