London. —The Ankara correspondent jot "The Times" says that French military material and ammunition are still reaching Irak by railway, some German officers are reported to have arrived in Beirut to direct this traffic, and German aircraft have flown across Syria to Irak carrying German officers and instructors.—U.P.A.
