VICHY CABINET

Meeting in Paris

(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 21. The Berlin news agency states that the Vichy Cabinet met in Paris for the first time last night. Admiral Darlan presided. The Vichy radio states that Admiral Darlan has dismissed M. Henri Sellier, Mayor of Suresnes, in the Seine Department, for which he is also a Senator, because of his open hostility to work for national renovation. Similar steps have been taken against all municipal officers who are hostile to Marshal Petain.—U.P.A.
