YUGOSLAVIA'S NEUTRALITY
LONDON, November 1,
Turkey's statement about her attitude on the war in Greece has been followed by a statement about Yugoslavia's neutrality. A formal declaration issued in Belgrade states that Yugoslavia deeply regrets the outbreak of war because of her friendly relations with both sides, and hopes that future developments in the Balkans will not threaten Yugoslavia at any time. i
