OIL PROSECUTION

A fine of £10 and costs was imposed upon Fitzgerald Bros., Ltd., on one of -two charges of breaches of the Oil Fuel Hegulations by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. It was alleged in the first charge that the. defendants sold oil fuel to. an unknown

person, and failed to record the particulars of the issue of the motor spirit in the venders' schedule and failed to

obtain the signature of the licensee. -In a second charge on which decision was reserved, it was alleged that the defendants had got another person to sign for four gallons' of petrol which he did not actually receive. Mr. C. Evans Scott appeared for the company.
