LONDON, October 31
The Delhi radio stated that Pandit Nehru, one of the two men chosen to inaugurate the civil disobedience cam-? paign, was arrested at Allahabad after meeting Mahatma Gandhi.
The other man chosen by the Congress Party was Vinoba Bbave, who was sentenced to three months' imprisonment. - , • ■ ' .
