The Berlin correspondent of the United Press says that well-informed quarters are confident that the conflict between Italy and Greece will be localised. They are convinced that Turkey will not be involved if Bulgaria remains neutral.
The Berlin radio gave it out as the, opinion in Wilhelmstrasse circles that Germany's relations with third Powers would always depend on the attitude
