' BLENHEIM, October 16. \ Defalcations exceeding £1000 in th*f funds of Court Clarendon, Foresters* Lodge, Picton, resulted in the appearance in court at Picton this-morninig of Newton Charles Murray Blizzar^ mercer, charged with .theft. The apcused pleaded guilty and was commijtted for sentence at the Supreme Coum, Welliiigtbn? was fixed at £503 and two safeties of £250 each. (
