LONDON, October 15. An outbreak of fire is reported in .Rumanian oil fields. It is reported from Bucharest" that three oil wells have been completely destroyed and that Germans who recently arrived in the country rushed to the scene after Rumanians had brought the flames under control. The Rumanian censorship has suppressed reports on the causes of the fires, but a Renter correspondent confirms the fact that three oil wells were on fire.
