CHINESE RETURN KINDNESS
LONDON, October 14,
A message from Chungking says that a campaign has been launched to raise funds for the relief of victims of air raids in Britain. The object of the fund is to be able to render to the people of Britain something in return for the assistance readily given when Chinese cities were bombed by the Japanese.
