"Interested." —Referred to in news columns on Thursday. "Only Fair."—At the outset difficulty arose through the application of two different sets of conditions: one governing what may be sent from New Zealand (decided by the New Zealand Government) and the other governing what may be admitted to England (decided by the Government of the United Kingdom). The Postal Department is now scrutinising parcels for civilians in England to prevent the acceptance of those which contain anything rationed in England.
