(By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright.) MELBOURNE, October 14. Mr. W. J. Smith, owner of Beau Pere, has received a cable from an American studmaster asking him to put a price.on the horse. Failing a sale, Mr. Smith was asked to consider sending Beau Pere-to America to be mated with several selected mares. The offers are not likely to be accepted.
