FLOWER DAY.
The president of the Wellington Horticultural Society, Mrs. Knox Gilmer, appeals to all who possess a garden to assist in making Flower Day on Friday next a successful patriotic effort. Every member of the society has been invited to co-operate, but there may be many others who would like to assist, and they can do this by sending parcels of flowers to the Town Hall on Thursday and Friday addressed to Mrs. Knox Gilmer.
