Following the resignation of Mr. Neville Chamberlain from the War Cabinet, Sir John Anderson has been appointed his successor, and the Cabinet has been enlarged to eight by the addition of Mr. Ernest Bevin and Sir Kingsley Wood. The new Secretary of State for the Dominions does not have a seat in the War Cabinet.
