KALGOORLIE, October 2.
The death is announced of the Federal Labour member for Kalgoorlie, Mr, A. E. Green, who was the only member of the House of Representatives to be. elected unopposed in the recent election. He was 70 years of age. . "Mr. Green was Minister of Defence in the former Scullin Labour Ministry. His electorate is described as the largest in the world.
