JOHNSOMVILLE TOWN BOARD
Dfeep regret- at the death of Mr. Savaige^ was expressed by : the chairman,' Mr.: H. D, Morgan, at a meeting of the' Johnsonyille Town Board last:.night. :Mr. Savage's courtesy and willingness to help the board were the subjects of special tribute. A motion of condolence with relatives of the late Mr. W. Miller, a former Town Clerk of «Johnsonville, wag also carried. Little business came before the board 'last night, discussion centring mamly around the newly-established library and the' proposal to purchase the 'Makara County, Council's grader and tractor. The ■ works committee was empowered to make an offer for. the machinery, and the details the library scheme were referred to the library committee. ' .
