WOOL CONTROLLER
APPOINTMENT EXPECTED
LORD BARNBY MENTIONED .

LONDON, November 14.
The -"Yorkshire Observer" says the •Government is considering the appointment of a wool controller to be responsible for the distribution of the supply to the whole of ■ the Allies and the Empire .and would be, in effect, a w;orld woolbuyer for the Allies.
It is likely that Lord Barnby will be appointed. The appointment will not interfere with, the position pf Sir Harry, Shackleton as. controller for Britain. "■ \
