NEW YORK, November 14.
The Black; Diamond Line, the first in the United States to charter a vessel flying a foreign flag with a ; foreign, crew to trade in the combat:gone, announced that it had chartered the Norwegian ship Olaf Bergh for service between Antwerp and 'Rotterdam.'
