AUSTRALIAN VISITOR'S PRAISE .
(To the Editor.)
,- Sir, —As an Australian visitor to New. Zealand. it.gives. me pleasure tp^com.-; mend the splendid national effort;wfyich has brought the Centennial-Exhibition to a successful opening. -Pi'ipr to my arrival- in1 Wellington I had no conception of the vastness of the undertaking ,and,l am sure the great majority >i .Australians are unaware of this outi standing display. I suggest that' the New Zealand Government should advertise freely in the Australian Press with the object of tapping the potential stream of tourist traffic of a class which would normally have proceed' ed overseas. New Zealand has ample to. show1 its visitors and some publicity of' the additional attraction which the Centennial Exhibition offers would, I ieel' sure, result in a rich- harvest ot tourist' traffic during the. currency of the Exhibition.—l am, etc., AUSTRALIAN VISITOR.
