NAZI WARSHIPS FORBIDDEN
TO INTERFERE

The German Government has notified the United Stales that German warships have "been ordered not to interfere with the American steamer -City of Flint, on her way back to America, according to a message from Washington. (The City of Flint was captured by a German warship in the Atlantic and later released by the Norwegian Government after she had been £aken to Murmansk, in Russia.}
