(Daventry Broadcast.) .; LONDON, Monday Night.' The Netherlands Government believes that the door to peace negotiations is still open, according to a statement made in . Government circles in The Hague today. Since yesterday afternoon there has been much diplomatic activity in Belgium and Holland, arid it is believed to be concerned with the peace move. Contact with the German side was made twice by the Belgian Foreign Minister, who twice received the German Ambassador.
