APPEAL SUCCESSFUL
The New Zealand Racing Conference has issued the following judgment, signed by Messrs. W. E. Leicester, H. R. Chalmers, and H.. H. Green, in the matter of the appeal under rule 376 of the Rules of Racing by G. A. McDonell for the removal of the disqualification of the horses Highball arid Beau Monde which was incurred by reason of C. A. Crosby, falsely known as ,A. J. McCormac, a person disqualified for life under the name of R. NB. Mclrityrei haying acquired an interest in the former horse and having had the latter horse in his charge:—; "That, after hearing the appellant in this matter, we .are' of the opinion that we should accept, his explanation that he had no knowledge of A. J. McCormac's real identity and accordingly.the disqualification of the Jiorses Highball and: Beau Monde should, be removed."
