FUEL FOR ADMIRAL SCHEER?
In connection with the report that two German freighters have left Nagasaki it is interesting to recall that early this, month the Shanghai correspondent of the "New York Times," Mr. Hallett Abend, stated thatthe belief that the German "pocket" battleship Admiral Scheer is in the Pacific is supported by the fact that two German freighters at Nagasaki (Japan) discharged their entire cargo of beans and one loaded with 2100 and the other 2300 tons, of fuel oil. . •
