HELSINKI, November 12
The Foreign Minister, M. Erkko, announced that the discussions between Finland and Soviet Russia have again reached a deadlock and that the Finnish delegation is returning in a day or two. n The Moscow Press is adopting an -increasingly, threatening attitude, and declares that Finland is playing a dangerous game, and that the Soviet will find ways of getting what is .necessary. M. Erkko stated earlier that Finland had gone the limit in concessions'. She had made extensive concessions in the in-: terests of Soviet security, particularly on the Karelian frontier. Hie troops sent there were for purely precautionary purposes, necessitated by the' nature of the Soviet demands.
