Coronation Hurdles, £250; If miles. —4-4 Ureklaw, 9.5 (Muir), 1; 5-5 Knight of Australia, 9.5 (Thomson), 2; 2-3 Inness Lad, 10.9 (Goulsbro'), 3. Scr.: Royal Abß, Lapidarian. Two and a half lengths; head. Time, 3min 10 4-ssec.
Apprentices' Handicap, £225; 7 furlongs.—l 2-14 Perillus, 7.7 (Stockley), 1; 2-1 Princess Val, 7.7 (Ham), 2; 1-2 Proud Fox, 7.7 (Smith), 3. Scr: Bide-a-Wee, Wynardo. Neck; half a head. Time, lmin 27 l-ssec.
