OFFICIALS CONFER

An official in the Port Line's Wellington office said today that no towing can be done until the ship has been remoored, and it is not likely that the remooring can be carried out before Tuesday.

Mr, N. D. Binnie, manager of the company's Wellington office, went to Wanganui today to confer with Captain Gibson, of the Port Line's Sydney office,, who arrived at Auckland by the Awatea yesterday, and Captain S. E. A. Gregory, marine superintendent, who has been in . charge of operations at Castlecliff. They will arrange plans for efforts to free the ship.
