NO PRIOR TALKS WITH BRITAIN AND FRANCE
(Received July 29, noon.) i WASHINGTON, July 28. The Secretary of State disclosed that the United States has exchanged information on the situation with' Britain and France since the abrogation of the treaty with Japan, but that there was no consultation before, and the subsequent conversations constituted merely the usual exchange on situations of this kind.
