FAREWELL TO SOLDIERS

TOKIO, July 27.
Eleven persons were killed and 30 injured at Totsuka, near Yokohama, when, a train ran through a crowd of several hundreds who were thronging the tracks as they farewelled friends and relations.who have been called to the colours.
