POSITION IN CANADA
BOARD NOT AGENT FOR POOLS

OTTAWA, July 27.
The Minister of Trade (Mr. W. D. Euler) announces that the Government Wheat Board will not act as a selling agency for wheat pools. The Government will accept the farmers' crop up to 5000 bushels under the guarantee k. f 70 cents a bushel and the remainder will be accepted by co-operative pools at 60 cents. .This surplus must be marketed by the pools themselves to further the co-operative marketing system. _/
