STRIPPED OF DECORATIONS

LONDON, July 27.
The representative of the Associated Press of Great Britain in Moscow reports that 75 highly-placed officials, including several army /officers of high rank, have been stripped of their decorations.
Those who have been degraded include a former naval attache at Washington and prominent political figures.
