AIR CO-OPERATION
BRITAIN AND FRANCE

LONDON, July 26,
Speaking at a Bleriot anniversary dinner, the Secretary of Air, Sir Kingsley Wood, announced that Imperial Airways and Air France had reached an agreement providing for the closest co-operation, including augmented London-Paris services, on which they will pool their resources and share the receipts He emphasised that there had never been such close air co-operation between Britain and France as there was today- They had even concluded an agreement for facilitating flights over the respective Antarctic territories.
The French Air Minister, M. Le Chambre, said that the British and French aircraft production now squalled that of Germany.
