DEATH OF A CHILD

A verdict that the deceased met her death on June 20, from pneumococcal meningitis associated with fracture of the skull, sustained as the result of a collision with a motor-lorry driven by Alister Murray, on May 12, was returned by the Coroner, Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., at the inquest today on Mabel Maria Broadhead, aged 10 years. The accident occured near the intersection of Ludlam Crescent, Randwick Road, and White's Line.
