REFERENCE IN HOUSE
Reference to the objections made at Levin regarding the taking of land for market gardening was made in the House of Representatives today; by Mr. 8,, Roberts (Government, Wairarapa), who addressed a question tp the Prime Minister. Mr. Roberts asked if the Prime Minister would consider taking land in the Wairarapa electorate, especially- around Greytown, where,' he said, the land was much more: suitable.
