TURKEY'S PLANS
WARSHIPS THROUGH THE DARDANELLES
(Received July 4, 9.20 a.m.) PARIS, July 3. The Foreign Minister. M, Bonnet, conferred with the French Ambassador to Turkey and discussed Turkey's plans for the transit of warships through the Dardanelles in the evsnt of a naval conflict. Jt is understood that these are completely satisfactory to England and France.
