BLOMFIELD BEATS BOESCH

NEW PLYMOUTH, July 2.
Solid, spectacular wrestling was seen by an almost record crowd last night when "Lofty" Blomfield beat Paul Boesch on points. Blomfield submitted to a rolling short-arm scissors in the third round, but equalised in the seventh with an octopus clamp that so weakened his opponent that he was no match for Blomfield in the last round.
