TWO MEN DROWNED
BOAT CAPSIZES
THIRD OCCUPANT SAVED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) 1 GISEORNE. July 2. Thrown into heavy surf when a boat capsized, two young men were' drowned at An aura Bay today. They were Bert Evans, aged 24, formerly of Wales, station hand, and Rodney O'Connell, aged 18, Gisborne, station hand. A third man in the boat, Keith Baty, aged 17, was washed towards the shore, [ and onlookers dragged him out of the surf. I The bodies of the other two had not been recovered by nightfall.
