WESTPORT THEATRES.
A dividend of 3 per cent, for the half-year was declared at the annual meeting of Westport Theatres, Ltd., making 6 per cent, for the year. Mr. J. M. Robertson presided. The report and balance-sheet showed a very satisfactory position. The retiring directors, Sir Benjamin Fuller and Mr. S. Strachan, were re-elected.
