, Mr. W. Little, a carpenter, of 61 Brougham Street, suffered an injury to his eyes while engaged in spot welding last night. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
One first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged by Mr. L. McKenzie, J.P., in the Mount Cook Police Court today.
