CROSSBREDS MAY ADVANCE

The Bank of New Zealand, produce department, has been advised by its London office, under date June 30, that the prospects for all kinds of wool at the next series, commencing on July 11, are favourable. It is generally expected that prices for merinos and halfbreds will advance one halfpenny; medium crossbreds three-farthings to one penny, and coarse crossbreds one penny per lb.
