LONDON, May 21
The representative of the British United Press at Chungking says that the Chinese claim to. have recaptured Tsaoyang and are now converging on Suihsien.
Chinese in plain clothes entered Tsinan and 4 attacked the Federated Bank and the Japanese barracks.
