LONDON, May 19,
The representative of the British United Press in Berlin says Admiral Raeder declares that Germany must have capital ships because these alone can win and defend supremacy of the seas.
The Italian casualties in Spain are reported to have been, over. 14,000, deaths being 3000. ,
