S. V. Andrew and Sons Photo. Mrs. A. T. Maxwell, who is a niece of Mr Neville Chamberlain, Britain's present Prime Minister. She and her husband, who is a director of the Union Bank, are visiting Neiv Zealand. On Thursday evening Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Fotheringham gave a 5 o'clock party in their honour. They left last night for the South Island, but ivill be in Wellington again before returning to England. ,
