"Hollywood Hotel" Revue,
The "Hollywood Hotel" revue, which has been attracting large audiences at the Opera House, will be presented for two more nights only, tonight and on Monday. There will be a complete change of programme on Tuesday. Audiences at "Hollywood Hotel" revue have been loud in their praise of the show. They are first struck by the brilliant stage effects, colouring, and lighting, then oy the singing and dancing, the talent of the stars, and finally by the comedy, the rapid movement of the whole production, and the personal touch wtu'ch means a great deal in a stage presentation. Marty May is the personality behind the show, welding it together and giving it life, making a most welcome appearance every now and again to give his monologues in his inimitable style. There is plenty of humour, most of it supplied by Marty May and Bobby Morris. Then there are the attractive voices of Miss Magna Neeld and Robert Berry, and the dancing of Jack and June Blair and Jack Whitney, supported. by the eight original Big Apple Dancers; Frank Parr and Robert Clifford are a pair of attractive gymnasts, and Wilma Homer contributes useful part to the enjoyment qf the show.
