MAN'S CLOTHES FOUND IN SHED

The police are endeavouring to trace the owner of a man's clothing, together with a towel, which was found in the bathing shed at Balena Bay at about midnight, but by this afternoon had not been successful. There was no trace of a body in the water, and no one has been reported missing. The' clothing consists of a dark blue and light blue striped blazer, a brown check cap, a grey coloured cardigan, a belt, a pair of grey trousers, and a pair of brown canvas shoes with crepe soles.

C. W. Price and Co., 91 Dixon Street, will sell carpets and furniture in the mart tomorrow, commencing 1.30 p.m.
