COMING TO WELLINGTON IN

LONDON, January 4. Archbishop O'Shea, Metropolitan of New Zealand, informed the Australian Associated Press that the Pope, during an audience, intimated to him that he would send v a Cardinal Legate to preside over the National Eucharistic Congress to be held in Wellington in February, 1940.
